    Why did the loyalty program change?

    Perviously, our online store and salons ran two separate, disjointed awards program. We wanted to offer our customers a way to earn and redeem points no matter where you shop.

    What happened to stars?

    Stars were converted to 30 points apiece. Additionally, we also rewarded all of our loyal customers 1 point per purchase made since June 2025.

    Loyal by Love requires an email address to track purchases, for many loyal salon customers, we only have a phone number on file. By filling out this form, we can join your email and phone number and backdate your missing rewards.
