Founded in Fort Myers, Florida in 2001 by Norman and Mary Love, Norman Love Confections® brings a world-class hospitality pedigree to every guest experience. After a celebrated 13-year career as Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Chef Norman Love set out to create handcrafted chocolates and desserts that deliver the same sense of luxury, care, and memorable service found in the finest hotels and resorts.
Today, Norman Love Confections partners with hospitality brands, hotels, and event teams seeking elevated gifting experiences that leave a lasting impression. From VIP welcome amenities and in-room gifts to large-scale events and custom corporate offerings, our artisan chocolates are designed to turn thoughtful gestures into unforgettable moments.
Norman Love Confections® was founded by Norman and Mary Love, in Fort Myers, Florida in 2001, after Norman leaving behind a 13 years sucessful career as executive pastry chef at The Ritz-Carlton.
Originally intending to sell wholesale to acquaintances he had made in the restaurant industry, Love quickly realized that there was great consumer demand for the ultra-premium chocolates he was producing, and opened his flagship chocolate salon off of Daniels Parkway. In the 20 years since, Norman Love Confections has opened five additional chocolate salons, along with an artisan gelato shop located adjacent to the original retail location.
