Our Shipping Policy To ensure your
chocolates arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using
the industry's newest technology, with crush-proof trays inside of insulated
shipping boxes containing frozen jell packs.
Please provide a
street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the
appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper
delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order, as all orders require
a signature on delivery.
In the event a signature release waiver is on
file, we will not be responsible if the package is lost, or damaged by the
elements, after delivery.

We apologize for
the increase in our shipping rates, which was necessary due to an increased
cost in shipping charges and fuel surcharges.
Note: All
orders must be received by 2:00pm EST, Monday through Thursday, to ensure
overnight delivery the next day, and any orders received after 2:00pm Thursday
will be processed on Monday to be received on Tuesday. During November through
March, second day shipping orders must be received before 2:00pm EST
Wednesday.
Because of the special insulated packaging we use to ensure
our chocolates are delivered fresh, an alternative shipping option is available
for orders of four or more 10, 15, 18 or 30 piece box orders, and two or more
36 piece box or basket orders. To place these orders, please call
239-561-7215.
The above Shipping & Packaging options are valid only
for The U.S. and are for six 10 piece boxes, three 15 piece boxes, two 25 piece
boxes, two 18 piece boxes, one 36 piece box, or one basket to same
address.
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process
your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and
method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in
information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be
charged to you.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is
shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us
immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for
refund.
We require a signature for all deliveries. In the event that the
recipient has an agreement with FedEx for deliveries to be made without a
signature, Norman Love Confections cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or
damaged packages.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your
product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or
circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those
reasons.
